- sample size planning for adaptive design studies with interim analyses
- simulation study looking at properties of non-parametric estimators
- input into design of an oncology observational study
- help to validate a quality of life scale including looking at quantitative measures of validity as well as designing a new validation study. Factor analysis was used to generate sub-scales of a questionnaire.
- use of box-cox transformations to analyse data that did not meet the assumptions of normality
- use of models to adjust for non-informative dropout
